About the Role
You will lead complex technical programs from product development through deployment, acceptance, and operational handoff. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, technical deliverables, site readiness, and customer expectations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate issue resolution, maintain project artifacts, and ensure product lifecycle processes are followed.
Requirements
- 8 years of related work experience
- 5 years of program management experience
- Experience delivering complex automation programs involving product development and customer-site implementation
- Experience managing construction, facility, infrastructure, or site-readiness dependencies
- Experience with system integration, verification, commissioning, operational readiness, and acceptance activities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, mechatronics, or robotics product development
- Experience managing system integration and test programs
- Experience managing hardware and software deliverables

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize project plans
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic engineering projects
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate initiative status
- Lead integrated planning for development, procurement, site preparation, installation, commissioning, and operational readiness
- Coordinate partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Manage site-readiness, commissioning, acceptance, and operational-handoff requirements
- Align program commitments with customer expectations
- Translate technical issues into business impacts, options, risks, and recommendations
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through product implementation, delivery, and support
- Manage technical development, integration, and deployment of automation and robotic systems
- Resolve issues, risks, and challenges throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage issue tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Manage project artifacts including bills of materials, technical data packages, and requirements documentation
- Ensure product lifecycle management processes are followed
- Improve standards, processes, and procedures
