About the Role
You will lead USV autonomy integration programs and support future UUV programs. You will manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, integration readiness, testing, stakeholder alignment, technical documentation, customer deliverables, and business-development activities for maritime autonomy deployments.
Requirements
- 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 9 years with a Master's degree, 7 years with a PhD, or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production and operational deployment
- Technical understanding of software-enabled systems, autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex integrated products
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and technical performance
- Experience with PMRs, gate reviews, and estimates
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead USV autonomy integration programs
- Support future UUV autonomy integration programs
- Define program objectives with product, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute integrated program and project plans
- Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, priorities, risks, and costs
- Coordinate lab, ground-testing, and sea-trial integration activities
- Drive readiness reviews, integration milestones, and closure of technical dependencies
- Conduct critical-path analyses and support gate reviews, PMRs, and EACs
- Maintain stakeholder alignment on status, milestones, risks, and technical challenges
- Develop technical and operational documentation
- Track program financials, resources, schedules, integration status, and customer deliverables
- Support proposals, RFIs, RFPs, technical evaluations, and customer engagements
