About the Role

You will lead end-to-end client delivery projects, including operating-model and workflow design, custody and tokenization platform setup, and technical implementations. You will also deliver internal strategic initiatives, conduct blockchain due diligence, and support commercial and operational priorities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management in financial services or fintech
Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver with attention to detail
Fluency in French and English
Willingness to travel to client locations as required

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial-institution clients
Design operating models and workflows
Set up custody and tokenization platforms
Manage technical implementations with client, engineering, and security stakeholders
Deliver cross-functional strategic and operational projects
Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due-diligence reports
Contribute to sales RFPs and RFIs
Support ad-hoc commercial and operational priorities
