About the Role
You will own strategic OEM accounts across relationship management, technical guidance, commercial growth, escalations, expansion, and renewal. You will serve as the main customer contact, guide integration and simulation adoption, manage concurrent workstreams, build stakeholder maps, and run regular customer meetings. You will lead account planning, pricing discussions, and internal coordination while traveling internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Engineering background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience owning complex enterprise technical accounts
- Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise relationships
- Experience with expansion, pricing, and strategic planning
- Understanding of matrixed organizations, procurement cycles, and stakeholder dynamics
- Program management experience across concurrent workstreams
- Commercial judgment for contract structure, pricing, and expansion
- Willingness to travel internationally, including Japan
Responsibilities
- Own strategic accounts across relationship management, technical guidance, commercial growth, escalations, expansion, and renewal
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer communications
- Guide customer integration, simulation usage, and replica adoption
- Manage concurrent workstreams across customer and internal teams
- Build and maintain customer stakeholder and organizational maps
- Run weekly tactical syncs, monthly leadership steering meetings, and quarterly executive business reviews
- Drive multi-year account planning, expansion, and pricing conversations
- Coordinate internal resources across FDE, engineering, product, finance, and legal
- Partner with executive sponsors on senior customer relationships
- Travel internationally, including to Japan
