About the Role

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for US go-to-market roles, using headhunting and your network to build pipelines. You will advise leaders on hiring plans, role sequencing, scorecards, and interviews; build recruiting systems and workflows; manage competing stakeholder priorities; and use AI to improve talent operations.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Have deep GTM or sales recruiting expertise at high-growth startups
  • Have experience building GTM teams from an early stage
  • Have experience building talent-acquisition systems, scorecards, interview processes, sourcing workflows, or automation
  • Demonstrate networking, community-building, and event experience
  • Approach searches with an executive-recruiting and long-term relationship mindset
  • Actively use AI to reinvent recruiting
  • Have experience with modern ATS platforms, ideally Ashby
  • Demonstrate judgment in evaluating GTM talent
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Use recruiting metrics to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-quality hiring across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, partnerships, and marketing
  • Own headhunting and network-driven sourcing
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, build scorecards, design interviews, and calibrate hiring criteria
  • Advise the business on hiring priorities and timing
  • Challenge misaligned hiring priorities and propose alternatives
  • Build and maintain talent-community relationships
  • Develop pipelines before roles officially open
  • Design and improve scorecards, interview processes, sourcing workflows, and talent-acquisition systems
  • Use AI to create leverage across talent operations
  • Align multiple GTM leaders on a single hiring plan
  • Build trust with hiring managers through GTM expertise and hiring judgment
  • Use metrics to diagnose problems and inform decisions
