About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for R&D roles across EMEA, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close. You will proactively source technical talent, develop creative outreach strategies, partner with R&D leaders, use pipeline data to guide decisions, and provide a transparent candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technical talent
- Outbound sourcing experience
- AI proficiency for pipeline building, workflows, processes, and documentation
- Experience recruiting technical talent in SaaS, AI, blockchain, or cybersecurity
- Experience using data to advise hiring managers
- Experience building credibility with hiring managers and communicating market realities
Responsibilities
- Build talent pipelines through proactive outbound sourcing across AI, crypto, and fintech
- Develop sourcing strategies using referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles
- Deliver a transparent and efficient candidate experience
- Partner with R&D leaders on expectations, talent availability, compensation, and hiring risks
- Use pipeline, conversion, and channel data to guide decisions
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search
