About the Role
You will own outbound sourcing for EMEA hiring, primarily for technical roles. You will map talent markets, use sourcing tools and networks to find and engage passive candidates, run qualifying screens, build talent pools, organize recruiting events, and analyze funnel metrics to improve pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Proven sourcing experience at high-growth technology companies
- Experience sourcing for technical roles
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud markets
- Mastery of modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox
- Ability to run first-call qualifying screens and pitch opportunities to passive candidates
- Experience sourcing across multiple EMEA markets
- Data-driven approach to sourcing funnel metrics
- Strong partnership skills with recruiters and hiring managers
- Based in or willing to relocate to London and comfortable working from the London office
Responsibilities
- Own outbound sourcing for EMEA hiring priorities with a focus on technical roles
- Build talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, and high-growth technology companies
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and iterate using feedback and conversion data
- Use sourcing tools and creative strategies to identify candidates
- Mine team, investor, and alumni networks for referrals
- Plan, host, and attend recruiting and networking events to build qualified pipeline
- Write personalized outreach and test messaging effectiveness
- Engage passive candidates and run first-call qualifying screens
- Track top-of-funnel metrics and improve pipeline quality
- Build and maintain talent pools in Ashby
- Share sourcing practices and build scalable sourcing capabilities across EMEA
