About the Role
You will own end-to-end searches for Director-level and above roles. You will design executive interview processes, advise leaders using talent intelligence and market insights, negotiate executive offers, support succession planning, and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant executive search experience
- Experience owning Director- to C-level searches
- Experience advising C-suite and VP-level leaders on role scope and hiring decisions
- Experience structuring and closing executive compensation packages
- Sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence expertise
- Ability to run confidential executive searches
- Experience using AI for research and sourcing
- Experience coaching Talent Acquisition team members or creating recruiting training
- Experience partnering with founders or board members on C-level hires
- Experience hiring leaders in autonomy, AI/ML, robotics, or deep tech
- Experience with succession planning or leadership pipeline programs
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end searches for Director-level and above roles
- Design and calibrate executive interview processes
- Produce search briefs and candidate summaries
- Advise leaders on talent intelligence, market mapping, and hiring strategy
- Structure and negotiate executive offers
- Partner on succession planning and leadership workforce planning
- Share market intelligence and search learnings
- Mentor recruiters and sourcers
- Lead recruiting training
