About the Role
You will build and improve sourcing strategies for technical talent, conduct talent mapping and referral research, and run sourcing campaigns. You will lead stakeholder intake meetings, manage and analyze pipeline data, engage candidates through events and partnerships, and build long-term candidate and community relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred
- Familiarity with traditional and AI sourcing and search techniques
- Written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize creative sourcing strategies for technical talent
- Conduct talent mapping research, generate referrals, and run sourcing campaigns
- Align candidate motivations with role expectations
- Lead stakeholder intake meetings to understand technical hiring requirements
- Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data
- Engage with external conferences, networking events, and professional associations
- Partner with recruiting leadership to anticipate hiring needs
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and communities
