About the Role

You will manage assigned searches from kickoff through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and feedback, manage offers, maintain ATS records, and improve recruiting workflows with AI agents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing offers, or closing hires.
• Relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
• Communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and interview plans.
• Build candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound applications.
• Conduct recruiter screens and keep candidates informed and engaged.
• Gather interview feedback, facilitate debriefs, and manage offer conversations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and use pipeline data to improve search execution.
• Build and refine AI agent workflows that automate repetitive recruiting tasks and streamline operations.
