About the Role
You will source and engage passive candidates for business roles, partner with hiring managers and recruiters on candidate profiles, write personalized outreach, and build talent pipelines. You will track sourcing metrics, improve sourcing strategy, create repeatable playbooks, and use recruiting tools including GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon AI, and Greenhouse.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, or 3-4 years with exceptional results on hard-to-fill roles
- Experience sourcing senior passive talent for critical roles
- Sourcing, mapping, and outreach skills
- Startup or hyper-growth experience
- Experience building sourcing systems and using metrics for decisions
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn AI
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and nurture passive candidates
