About the Role
You will establish the talent function and recruiting processes, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from sourcing through closing. You will partner with hiring managers on candidate strategy, create a fair candidate experience, lead initial onboarding, and strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Proficiency with ATS and HR technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment
- Be based in or able to relocate to the SF Bay Area
- Ability to work approximately four days per week from the San Leandro headquarters
Responsibilities
- Build the talent function and recruiting processes from scratch
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate strategy and timely hiring goals
- Create a positive, seamless, and fair candidate experience
- Lead employee onboarding initially
- Collaborate closely with the founder and CEO
- Build the employer brand
