About the Role

You will lead complex, senior, and specialized searches from kickoff through offer acceptance. You will advise hiring leaders on hiring plans and assessments, build sourcing campaigns, guide debriefs and closing strategies, negotiate offers, use market data to resolve recruiting challenges, mentor teammates, and develop AI recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or related people functions.
• 3+ years independently managing and closing full-cycle searches.
• Experience hiring across business or technical functions for senior, specialized, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Judgment in clarifying hiring needs, assessing candidates, and advising leaders using data and market insights.
• Sourcing and closing skills, including competitive offer negotiations.
• Cross-functional recruiting partnership experience.
• Startup or high-growth technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, senior, and specialized searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers and functional leaders on candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and hiring tradeoffs.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns and relationships with sought-after talent.
• Guide assessments and debriefs, shape closing strategies, and lead offer negotiations.
• Use data and market insights to diagnose recruiting challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
• Mentor teammates.
• Develop AI agent workflows that streamline operations and strengthen recruiting execution.
