About the Role
You will own worldwide hiring for the Revenue organization and serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner. You will translate business priorities into regional hiring plans, lead Talent leaders, define the bar for revenue talent, and improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability through metrics, processes, tools, and AI.
Requirements
- Lead Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years
- Deliver hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones
- Build and lead teams of recruiting leaders
- Advise executives and partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions
- Demonstrate deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent
- Improve hiring speed and efficiency through processes, tools, data, and AI
Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy
- Partner with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent on hiring plans
- Build, develop, and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams
- Define and uphold the hiring bar for revenue roles
- Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date
- Set hiring metrics, track progress, and address risks
- Improve hiring systems, tools, processes, and AI use with Talent Ops
