About the Role
You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM roles across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. You will partner with leaders on hiring plans, source and close talent, create structured evaluation processes, improve candidate experiences, and use AI tools and market data to refine recruiting practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical GTM functions
- Experience identifying qualifying and closing talent across multiple levels
- Experience coaching and advising hiring managers
- Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive teams
- Communication interpersonal and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through closing candidates
- Design sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across EMEA
- Create structured hiring plans and consistent evaluation processes
- Partner with Total Rewards People Operations and People Partners on talent strategies
- Use AI tools and market data to improve recruiting processes
- Scale recruiting best practices while adapting them for regional needs
