You will partner with Talent leadership to turn priorities into executable plans and outcomes. You will lead strategic talent initiatives, embed where additional leadership is needed, improve cross-functional decision-making, and use hiring data and tools to scale effective talent practices.
Requirements
- Deep talent expertise in supporting a global organization through hypergrowth
- Experience with hundreds to thousands of annual hires across multiple regions and time zones
- Ability to shape strategy and deliver operational work
- Experience leading teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with accountability for results
- Experience delivering high-visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders
- Ability to communicate progress, results, and decisions clearly
Responsibilities
- Translate Talent strategy into clear plans, ownership, and outcomes
- Evaluate tradeoffs and build alignment with Talent leaders and cross-functional partners
- Embed in teams and initiatives that need leadership, expertise, or execution capacity
- Lead strategic talent initiatives from idea through delivery
- Improve cross-team decision-making and share effective practices
- Use hiring data and direct experience to identify improvement opportunities
- Scale repeatable Talent processes and improve the use of tools and AI
