About the Role
You will research semiconductor and AI talent markets, define target companies and talent segments, and create talent maps and longlists. You will source and contact candidates, improve outreach messaging, share market intelligence, partner on search strategies, and build long-term talent pools. You will also support interview scheduling and candidate communication when needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, research, or recruiting
- Interest in technical roles such as chip design, compilers, and systems software
- Experience proactively finding talent through networking
- Ability to structure large amounts of information and produce actionable insights
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience in recruiting coordination or operations
Responsibilities
- Define target companies, teams, and talent segments and build talent maps and longlists
- Source candidates beyond standard job platforms
- Research and organize competitor and adjacent-industry market intelligence
- Lead initial candidate outreach and refine messaging to improve response rates
