About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruitment for People, Legal, and Finance roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close. You will partner with hiring leaders, develop specialized talent strategies, conduct market research and outreach, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for specialized or niche roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to independently source, assess, and close exceptional talent
- Hiring-manager partnership and influencing skills
- Ability to use data, market insights, and judgment to solve hiring challenges
- Communication, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience with AI and emerging recruiting tools

- Drive searches from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leaders
