About the Role

You will independently manage assigned searches from kickoff through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and interview plans. You will source candidates, conduct recruiter screens, manage candidate communication, gather feedback, facilitate debriefs, and support offer conversations. You will maintain ATS records, use pipeline data to improve searches, flag challenges early, and help build AI-agent workflows that streamline recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing offers, or closing hires
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates
• Communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Startup experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruiter screens and keep candidates informed, prepared, and engaged
• Gather interview feedback, facilitate debriefs, and manage offer conversations
• Maintain accurate ATS records and use pipeline data and feedback to improve search execution
• Build and refine AI agent workflows that automate repetitive tasks and streamline recruiting operations
