About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or GTM roles across EMEA, from intake to close. You will partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines, run structured interviews, manage candidate communication, structure offers, and use pipeline data to inform hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring
- Experience closing candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple searches
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
