About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will partner with engineering leaders to define roles and evaluate talent, maintain technical-talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, improve hiring processes, and provide leadership with market and candidate feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience building relationships with hiring partners and acting as a trusted advisor
- Experience helping candidates understand early-stage product and engineering teams
- Ability to build and improve processes or initiatives
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and multiple roles while maintaining quality
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and make hiring decisions
- Communicate the company story and guide candidates through the process
- Improve recruiting strategy, interview processes, employer brand, and candidate experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent, including passive candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve recruiting efforts
- Provide leadership with feedback on market dynamics and candidate sentiment
- Streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations
