About the Role

You will own sourcing strategy for difficult technical searches. You will partner on candidate profiles, build pipelines through multiple channels, create outreach, assess initial fit, analyze sourcing metrics, and maintain accurate candidate data.

Requirements

6+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience building diverse pipelines for senior hard-to-fill technical roles
Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, compute, storage, or data domains
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels
Ability to influence recruiters and hiring managers through data and insight
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms

Responsibilities

Own sourcing strategy for technical searches
Define candidate profiles and adjust search strategy with recruiters and hiring managers
Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing channels, networking, and referrals
Create personalized outreach and manage the top-of-funnel candidate experience
Conduct initial conversations to assess technical fit, motivation, and interest
Advise on market trends, talent supply, and competitors
Track and improve sourcing metrics and pipeline health
Mentor sourcers and recruiters
Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in Ashby
