About the Role
You will own APAC searches from role scoping through offer close. You will partner with business leaders on hiring strategy, source and assess candidates, advise hiring managers, ensure a strong candidate experience, navigate global hiring requirements, and improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for business functions
- Talent assessment skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches
- Pipeline-building experience
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for APAC roles
- Define hiring strategies and talent plans with business leaders
- Build data-informed sourcing strategies
- Advise hiring managers and maintain a high hiring bar
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with People, Legal, and Compensation on compliant hiring
- Improve recruiting processes and implement scalable solutions
- Provide market intelligence to influence talent strategy
