About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior individual contributor through director-level technical roles. You will develop search strategies, advise hiring leaders, source talent, assess candidates, manage negotiations, and maintain accurate applicant-tracking data.

Requirements

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience sourcing and closing senior hard-to-fill talent
Experience managing complex compensation conversations
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels
Ability to influence senior leaders through data and judgment
Experience maintaining hiring playbooks and ATS data

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for senior individual contributor through director-level roles
Build and adjust recruiting strategies for each search
Advise managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling
Align hiring with business goals alongside executive stakeholders
Engage passive and active talent and build talent pools
Conduct technical, product, and leadership screenings
Manage complex compensation and equity negotiations
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
