About the Role

You will build and nurture talent pipelines for business roles across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers to source passive candidates, manage recruiting funnels in the ATS, use market intelligence and analytics, and lead additional talent initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations
• Track record of hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments
• Established network in business communities
• Experience using data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness
• Experience recruiting across markets such as EMEA and the US
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive business teams

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a pipeline of business talent
• Deliver a recruiting experience for candidates
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to source and engage passive talent
• Maintain market intelligence on business-talent trends and competitors
• Manage recruiting funnels and analytics in the ATS
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches for business roles
• Cultivate relationships with business communities and industry leaders
• Lead additional high-impact talent projects
