About the Role
You will lead confidential executive searches for technology, product, and design leaders. You will partner with executives to define roles and interview processes, build candidate pipelines, assess leadership talent, guide candidates, negotiate senior offers, track market intelligence, and report on search progress.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience
- 5+ years leading executive searches in technology
- Track record of closing VP-level or higher hires in Engineering, AI/ML, Product, or Design
- Ability to work credibly with CEOs and executive teams
- Leadership-talent assessment and evidence-based feedback skills
- Discretion with confidential searches
- Experience negotiating senior offers and equity
Responsibilities
- Run confidential searches for Engineering, AI/Research, Product, and Design leaders
- Partner with executives to define role scope, success criteria, and interview panels
- Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networks, and referrals
- Manage relationships with external search firms and determine when to engage them
- Assess candidates' leadership scope, judgment, and team-building ability
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and close candidates
- Structure and negotiate senior offers with Recruiting leadership and Finance
- Track and share talent, compensation, and competitor market intelligence
- Improve executive hiring processes, scorecards, and candidate experience
- Report on search progress and pipeline health using data
