About the Role
You will manage recruiting from outreach through start date for skilled trades roles. You will run hiring events, build talent pipelines, align hiring managers on evaluations, use structured screening and assessments, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting skilled trades or technician talent in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a comparable hands-on environment
- Experience managing multiple openings from sourcing and screening through offers and closing
- Experience building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationships
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant tracking and recruiting data experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver hires for assembly, electrical, test, quality, maintenance technician, and machinist roles
- Run high-volume hiring events and keep candidates engaged through start date
- Build candidate pipelines through schools, programs, organizations, referrals, paid channels, and local outreach
- Align hiring managers on skills, evaluation criteria, interviews, and assessments
- Use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring results
