About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or GTM roles across EMEA. You will partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, run structured interviews, manage offers, and use pipeline data to support hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring
- Track record of closing candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple searches
- Clear communication
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
