About the Role
You will develop compute and infrastructure deal strategies, lead complex transactions through close, structure partnerships and financing, evaluate supply options and deal economics, translate technical requirements into commercial plans, manage approval paths, and provide market-based recommendations to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, semiconductors, data centers, networking, or related technology ecosystems
- Background in strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deal structuring, network investments, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investments
- Knowledge of compute ecosystems, infrastructure economics, and AI infrastructure trends
- Track record structuring, negotiating, and closing complex technology transactions or partnerships
- Understanding of capital markets, project financing, and financial transaction structures
- Experience evaluating emerging technologies and converting strategies into signed agreements
- Ability to translate engineering concepts into deal structures and business recommendations
- Experience influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and executable deal pipelines for compute, infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies
- Lead complex infrastructure deals from opportunity identification through close
- Structure partnerships addressing supply-chain challenges and emerging technologies
- Support project finance, vendor financing, equipment leasing, and related structures
- Evaluate supply options, architectures, deal terms, and economics
- Translate engineering requirements into investment and commercial strategies
- Build senior relationships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
- Drive internal alignment and manage approvals for large commitments
- Track market, technology, and financing developments and make recommendations
