About the Role
You will close billion-dollar transactions from LOI to signature, coordinate legal, finance, engineering, networking, and construction workstreams, and maintain the operating rhythm for each deal. You will manage commitments, resolve escalations, and hand signed agreements to delivery teams with complete terms and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience closing complex multi-party deals
- Experience negotiating commercial terms with utilities, EPCs, AHJs, design firms, or customers
- Ability to coordinate legal, finance, engineering, and operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Deal tracking, documentation, and process discipline
Responsibilities
- Close transactions from LOI to signature
- Coordinate cross-functional deal workstreams
- Run deal syncs, decisions, escalations, and tracker updates
- Make commitments on behalf of the business
- Hand signed agreements to delivery, deployment, and construction teams
