About the Role
You will lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, ensure compliant and timely submissions, maintain reusable proposal content, and support statements of work, delivery plans, cost models, and commercial frameworks.
Requirements
- RFP or bid management experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain documentation
- Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into client-focused proposals
- English fluency
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Coordinate sales, product, engineering, legal, security, and delivery inputs
- Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Maintain reusable RFP content covering AI capabilities, architecture, security, and compliance
- Support statements of work, delivery plans, resource assumptions, cost models, and commercial frameworks
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on proposal content
