About the Role

You will build a compute-capacity pipeline and manage senior provider relationships. You will lead transactions from sourcing through close, evaluate deal economics and counterparty risk, translate compute needs into commercial strategies, monitor the market, and align stakeholders on transaction terms and risks.

Requirements

• Background in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing
• Transaction experience in data center, cloud, or technology sectors
• Track record of originating, structuring, and closing cloud-capacity, data-center, or infrastructure transactions
• Knowledge of compute providers, pricing, contracts, and capacity commitments
• Understanding of compute-infrastructure financing and project requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a compute-capacity pipeline
• Manage executive relationships with provider commercial, finance, and legal counterparts
• Lead capacity agreements from initial engagement through negotiation, structure, and close
• Develop frameworks for deal economics, counterparty risk, and financing
• Translate compute requirements into commercial terms and supply strategies
• Maintain intelligence on cloud and integrated-compute markets
• Represent the organization with executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors
• Drive alignment on transaction terms, risk parameters, and supply priorities
