About the Role

You will drive institutional and B2B revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate tokenised-asset deals, and execute go-to-market strategies. You will analyse markets and regulations, translate insights into commercial plans, coordinate deal execution with internal stakeholders, and manage senior strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or Web3 or blockchain environments
  • Track record of driving B2B or institutional revenue growth and closing enterprise or institutional partnerships
  • Understanding of capital markets, tokenised assets, real-world asset structures, and blockchain-enabled financial products
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralised finance, and digital asset ecosystems
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-aware environments or alongside legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate market insight into executable go-to-market and commercial strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring institutional and B2B clients and expanding enterprise and institutional partnerships
  • Cultivate, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with financial services institutions, asset managers, Web3 protocols, and technology providers
  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of enterprise and institutional partnerships involving tokenised assets and real-world assets
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for tokenisation and infrastructure offerings
  • Identify commercial opportunities across tokenisation, real-world assets, and blockchain-enabled capital markets
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis of institutional demand, regulatory frameworks, and jurisdictional considerations
  • Translate market insights into commercial strategies, pricing, and market positioning
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering stakeholders to support partnership onboarding and deal execution
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional clients, enterprise partners, and key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts to support satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth
