About the Role

You will manage strategic customer accounts and lead ROI and value initiatives. You will define transformation vision and frameworks, build C-suite relationships, assess P&L impact, orchestrate cross-functional programs, manage risks and escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and create reusable transformation frameworks and communications.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience for Fortune 50–100 companies
• Experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
• Change management expertise
• Strategic thinking and framework definition skills
• Ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive presentation and communication skills
• Cross-functional program leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Management consulting or strategy advisory background

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives
• Set transformation vision and define JTBD frameworks with leadership teams
• Build and manage C-suite relationships
• Lead value realization and ROI analysis through surveys and interviews
• Frame the P&L impact of AI adoption in business reviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs and manage customer teams, escalations, risks, and updates
• Identify expansion opportunities and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives
• Produce reusable decks, frameworks, and communications
