About the Role
You will help named customers turn AI ambitions into working Notion systems. You will drive workflow adoption, value delivery, renewals, and expansion; develop mutual success plans; guide solution design; demonstrate ROI to executives; and coordinate services for complex implementations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Customer-facing discovery skills
- Ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and create implementation plans
- Technical fluency in co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness of renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Ability to connect adoption patterns to measurable commercial outcomes
- Program and stakeholder management skills
- AI fluency and experience building with new tools
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Contribute to net revenue retention through renewals, expansion pipeline, and proactive adoption
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
- Own commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals
- Define and maintain mutual success plans
- Demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders through business reviews
- Facilitate use-case consultations and identify workflow opportunities
- Engage Services for complex or technical implementations
- Learn the product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems
- Build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs
