About the Role

You will own activation and platform success across a customer portfolio. You will develop custom AI solutions, activation strategies, champion communities, trainings, and workshops; advise stakeholders on scaling AI programs; and improve materials using customer feedback and adoption data.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes
• Experience discovering and mapping customer workflows and business objectives
• Experience implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
• Experience building advocate networks and power-user communities
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and ROI
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
• Program management skills

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases, objectives, and success metrics
• Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
• Design and execute activation strategies
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops
• Create advocate networks and power-user communities
• Train customer trainers to scale enablement
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
