About the Role
You will serve as a strategic advisor to global technology customers, helping them adopt and scale Claude products. You will manage account operations, identify optimization opportunities, quantify outcomes, lead change-management programs, and share customer insights with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers and identify optimization and expansion opportunities
- Own customer operations, account plans, success plans, and executive business reviews
- Guide customers on API, Claude Code, and Cowork solutions and best practices
- Drive consumption planning, ROI hypotheses, and outcome measurement
- Monitor usage and optimize Claude adoption across product surfaces
- Develop and execute change-management and organizational-enablement programs
- Prioritize account workstreams and build repeatable operating motions
