About the Role
You will guide named customers in building effective workflows, increasing adoption, and realizing measurable value. You will manage success plans, renewal and expansion opportunities, use-case consultations, and executive business reviews. You will partner with Solutions Consultants and Services to address implementation needs and deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Customer-facing discovery skills
- Technical fluency in co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness for renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption
- Program and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Contribute to renewal and expansion pipeline through proactive product adoption
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
- Define and maintain mutual success plans and demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate use-case consultations and identify workflow opportunities
- Engage and partner with Services on complex implementation needs
- Develop expert knowledge of the product and AI ecosystem
- Build and deliver customer outcome programs
- Set standards for product and AI fluency
