About the Role
You will lead post-sale customer success across enterprise biotech and pharma portfolios. You will define success metrics and ROI, manage multi-workstream engagements, coordinate stakeholders, support account expansion, gather customer feedback, and create training initiatives that help scientists use the platform successfully.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows
- 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing program management, consulting, or customer success roles
- Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder programs and demonstrate ROI
- Strong relationship-building, executive communication, and organizational skills
- MSc or advanced degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel to and work from customer sites 20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Oversee post-sale success from onboarding through broad adoption
- Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI
- Lead steering committees and align customer stakeholders
- Identify growth and renewal opportunities through customer budget cycles and R&D roadmaps
- Partner with Account Executives to expand accounts
- Coordinate project initiation, resource allocation, and execution
- Manage multi-workstream engagements across scientific, product, and machine learning functions
- Act as the primary escalation and coordination point for enterprise accounts
- Gather and communicate customer feedback
- Design training and education initiatives for scientists
