About the Role

You will manage strategic technology accounts across their customer lifecycle. You will guide customers on Claude capabilities, develop success plans, monitor adoption, drive change-management programs, quantify outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

6+ years in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting
Experience with F500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the executive level
Experience leading organization-wide change or adoption programs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering measurable outcomes
Experience building workflows with Claude Code, agents, skills, and tooling

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers
Own customer operations, account plans, success plans, and Executive Business Reviews
Guide customers on API, Claude Code, and Cowork capabilities
Develop consumption plans, ROI hypotheses, and outcome measurements
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities
Socialize product roadmaps and connect customers with product managers
Execute change-management and organizational enablement programs
Prioritize account workstreams and build repeatable operating motions
