About the Role
You will guide enterprise customers from enablement through value realization, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. You will drive product adoption, support prompt engineering and template creation, triage customer needs, analyze account health, build stakeholder relationships, and identify commercial risks and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience with financial-services customers or workflows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prompt-engineering proficiency
- Experience with AI-native low-code or no-code tools
- Relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in person five days per week
Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption and measurable value realization
- Build product expertise and support prompt engineering and template building
- Triage customer needs and coordinate cross-functional problem solving
- Track account health and usage trends
- Prepare executive-ready materials that demonstrate value
- Build relationships with users and senior stakeholders
- Identify contract risks and revenue-growth opportunities
- Stay informed about AI and LLM applications in financial-services workflows
