About the Role
You will build an organizational change-management program for technical functions. You will lead change strategy for IT, security, and business-system initiatives; assess impacts and readiness; create communications and training; measure adoption; and coordinate release calendars.
Requirements
- 8+ years of organizational change-management experience
- At least 3 years supporting IT, security, or enterprise technology programs
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, identity providers, MDM, ITSM, SaaS migrations, and security controls
- Experience building a change-management function or program
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or a similar change methodology
Responsibilities
- Build organizational change-management frameworks, templates, playbooks, intake processes, and success metrics
- Own change strategy and execution for technical initiatives
- Partner with IT, enterprise operations, and cyber leaders during project planning
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change-impact assessments
- Create communications, training, enablement materials, office hours, and change-champion networks
- Measure adoption using ticket volume, usage telemetry, compliance rates, and surveys
- Coordinate release and change calendars
- Represent end-user needs in technical decisions
