About the Role
You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for internal users, including executives. You will improve IT processes, support onboarding, administer SaaS and identity systems, contribute to IT security initiatives, and coordinate technology requirements for new office buildouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support experience
- Experience supporting executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical users
- Experience with macOS and Windows devices
- Experience managing user provisioning through Rippling and Okta
- Experience automating onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Experience configuring Okta as the primary SSO identity provider
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSO
- Familiarity with Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operational IT requests
- Define and implement systems and processes that improve IT operations
- Provide white-glove operational support for executives
- Deliver onboarding support for new employees
- Assist with the design and deployment of MDM, SSO, and ticketing systems
- Support IT security initiatives, including hardware security-key rollout and device posture attestation
- Manage SaaS platforms and spend
- Define requirements for new-office buildouts
- Coordinate installation of audio-visual, networking, and office-security equipment
