About the Role
You will own end-to-end IT support and turn recurring issues into durable fixes and automations. You will manage endpoint lifecycle, MDM, patching, SaaS access, assets, onboarding, and offboarding. You will automate operational workflows, support IT changes and procurement, train staff, and join weekend and after-hours on-call coverage.
Requirements
- 6+ years in IT operations or systems engineering
- Experience with macOS, Windows, Linux, and device lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with at least two MDM solutions, including Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or comparable platforms
- Patch management experience, including testing, validation, and controlled rollout
- Experience with Google Workspace, 1Password, enterprise SaaS administration, EDR, and SSO or identity workflows
- Understanding of Zero Trust environments and networking concepts
- Automation experience with scripting, APIs, and workflow tools such as n8n
- Fluency in at least two programming or scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS and Terraform
- Availability for Eastern Time coverage and weekend on-call
- Fluent written and verbal English
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IT support and automate recurring fixes
- Diagnose and resolve cross-platform macOS, Windows, and Linux issues
- Partner on onboarding and offboarding for access, devices, and lifecycle management
- Administer MDM platforms, including BYOD, and improve enrollment and compliance workflows
- Test, validate, and roll out endpoint patches
- Deploy and secure endpoints and SaaS access in a Zero Trust environment
- Build automations for provisioning, access, inventory, and operations workflows
- Manage device setup, software deployment, hardware logistics, and IT asset inventory
- Support change management, procurement, and cloud or IaC-related IT changes
- Train staff and improve IT documentation and processes
- Participate in weekend on-call and after-hours response
