About the Role
You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage user access and onboarding, and maintain office IT infrastructure. You will administer cloud services, manage IT assets and vendors, support office buildouts, document self-service resources, and automate operational workflows.

- Video conferencing tool knowledge

Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management
- Deliver IT onboarding, including laptop setup and account configuration
- Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure
- Build and maintain self-service support resources
- Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support office buildouts and workplace IT planning
- Automate IT workflows and eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Administer cloud services, user permissions, and routine maintenance
