About the Role
You will provide hands-on IT support and manage the device, identity, network, and security systems used across the organization. You will automate onboarding and access management, administer endpoints and networking equipment, maintain security controls, and support compliant, reliable IT operations.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in IT support or engineering
- Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Experience with endpoint management tools
- Expertise in enterprise VPNs, wireless networking, and zero-trust access
- Experience with EDR/XDR platforms
- Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of incident response and IAM
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
- Experience with cloud platforms or developer-oriented compute infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT delivery and support
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain IT asset, system, access, and ticket documentation
- Manage laptops, desktops, and networking equipment
- Deploy and administer MDM and MAM solutions
- Implement endpoint security controls including antivirus, EDR, and XDR
- Manage hardware procurement, staging, imaging, and maintenance
- Administer SSO and automate user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Enforce role-based access controls and audit trails
- Design and maintain wired, wireless, VPN, and firewall infrastructure
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning, patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Integrate monitoring and alerting systems
