About the Role
You will manage day-to-day employee IT, endpoint devices, access, SaaS administration, onboarding, offboarding, and office technology. You will keep the Bolingbrook workplace functional, coordinate vendors and repairs, strengthen security operations, and automate repetitive IT and workplace workflows using AI, APIs, scripts, and integrations.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in IT operations systems administration technical support security operations or technical operations
- AI workflow and automation experience
- Mac and Windows environments
- Endpoint management
- Identity and access management
- SaaS administration
- Basic networking
- Scripting APIs AI agents integrations or low-code/no-code automation
- Onsite troubleshooting with physical equipment
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for devices applications accounts and connectivity
- Manage onboarding offboarding access and equipment recovery
- Administer endpoint management patching encryption and endpoint protection
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage equipment lifecycle
- Administer SaaS applications accounts permissions MFA and SSO
- Manage office networking AV access-control and physical-security technology
- Maintain the Bolingbrook office and warehouse experience
- Manage workplace vendors supplies repairs and maintenance
- Build AI-enabled workflows scripts APIs and integrations
- Automate IT workplace and operational processes
- Manage IT and security partners
- Support SOC 2 compliance and security controls
