About the Role

You will lead IT engineers and build the IT service desk. You will own operational outcomes across identity, endpoints, collaboration tools, networking, office technology, and zero-trust access. You will manage vendors, guide change management, scale self-service, and lead IT operations on the West Coast.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT
• 3+ years managing IT engineers, a help desk, or an IT operations team
• Experience building a support function, including service models, SLAs, staffing, and deflection
• Working knowledge of identity, endpoint management, collaboration tools, networking, A/V, and zero-trust networking
• People leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Clear written communication for executive, business, and technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Manage IT engineers through expectations, feedback, performance conversations, and coaching
• Build the IT help desk and define its service model
• Own quarterly operational plans and status reporting
• Lead change management and rollback planning
• Create runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation for scalable service
• Manage IT vendors and partners
• Lead IT operations for the San Francisco office and oversee Los Angeles coverage
