About the Role
You will run onsite IT operations in New York City, including meeting technology, networking, badge access, desk hardware, and walk-up support. You will also support remote employees, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer SSO and MDM, maintain MacBook fleet standards, and coordinate external IT vendors.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on IT operations experience
- Experience deploying office technology, AV, conference rooms, enterprise networking, and physical access control
- Knowledge of SSO and MDM for a Mac-first fleet
- Experience managing IT vendors, including MSPs, AV installers, ISPs, network specialists, and hardware suppliers
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate Zoom Rooms, meeting technology, and digital displays
- Own the Ubiquiti network, Wi-Fi, and internet uptime
- Manage badge access, visitor badges, and access logs
- Deploy and maintain desk hardware and ergonomic equipment
- Provide onsite walk-up support and remote support
- Coordinate technology needs with workplace operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors
- Administer SSO, MDM, access changes, and MacBook fleet standards
- Support Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other daily tools
