About the Role
You will manage conference rooms and presentation spaces in a Zoom environment, resolve AV issues, support users, and provide training. You will handle Tier 1 help-desk tickets, assist with onboarding, offboarding, imaging, inventory, and logistics, manage access accounts, document IT standards, and provide backup AV support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of IT or AV support, operations, or installation experience.
- Knowledge of corporate AV/VC systems.
- Experience with device-management tools such as Fleet and Google Device Policy MDM.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience managing Google Workspace and Okta IDP.
- Knowledge of office networks, including Wi-Fi, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- California driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Manage conference rooms in a Zoom environment, including break/fix support, user support, and training.
- Document, track, and monitor customer problems through ticketing systems, chat software, and email.
- Build and document IT standards and policies.
- Manage Google Workspace and Okta accounts, groups, and access.
- Act as the backup point of contact for AV support.
